You can visit on-site using the lobby kiosks at the Justice Center, or off-site from your own device. Either way, you'll schedule through videovisitanywhere.com.
Note: If you’re doing an off-site (remote) visit, payment is handled through Securus - not the Hancock County Justice Center.

- Read the disapproval email closely - In many cases, disapprovals come from a submission error.
- Retake your ID photo if needed - Make sure the image is clear and shows the ID type, your picture, your full first and last name, and your date of birth.
- Resubmit with the corrected photo - Upload the new image through your account so it can be reviewed again.
Once approved, head back to videovisitanywhere.com to book your visit. You can schedule up to 21 days out, but appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance - no same-day visits. Pick a time you can reliably make; the system runs on reserved slots.
Tip: For on-site lobby visits, arrive about 15 minutes early. Show up late and your appointment won't be extended. Need to cancel? Do it at least 24 hours ahead or you may still be charged. Off-site visits have no refunds if you schedule but don't show.
For off-site (remote) visits, pricing is set by Securus Technologies - not the Hancock County Justice Center. You'll pay Securus directly with a credit or debit card.
