All video visits are appointment-only. You schedule them online through videovisitanywhere.com, and you can book up to 21 days in advance - helpful if you're coordinating around work, childcare, or travel.
Plan ahead: Visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours before the visit time. Same-day or next-morning scheduling won’t meet the minimum window.
For on-site lobby video visits, arrive about 15 minutes early. That buffer gives you time to get set up before your appointment begins.
Don’t count on extra time: If you arrive late, your appointment time is still held, but it will not be extended past the scheduled end time.
