How to Fund Phone and Email Services at Haywood County Detention Center

Combined Public Communications provides telephone and email services at Haywood County Detention Center. Deposits for these services go to the inmate’s telephone fund. This is separate from the commissary account managed by Kimble’s Commissary Services, which inmates use to buy commissary items.

The lobby kiosk accepts deposits for both communication services and commissary. Make sure your deposit is for the inmate’s telephone fund if you intend to pay for phone and email services.

Family members and friends choose how much to deposit for an inmate’s telephone and email services. You can deposit at the Law Enforcement Center lobby kiosk or pay online through Combined Public Communications.

  1. Decide how much you want to deposit for the inmate’s telephone and email services.
  2. To pay in person, use cash, a debit card or a credit card at the kiosk in the Law Enforcement Center lobby, 1620 Brown Avenue, Waynesville, NC 28786.
  3. To pay online, use a debit or credit card through the Combined Public Communications website.

If you have a problem with telephone service, contact Combined Public Communications through its website. Problems with commissary service should instead be directed to Kimble’s through its website.
