1. Capture the result screen - if you see “Your email has been sent, thank you for your interest.”, save a screenshot for your records.
2. Resubmit if the form fails - if the page says, “Unfortunately there was an error sending your email, please try again.”, try again until you get a successful confirmation.
3. Use “+ Submit Another” for separate issues - if you have more than one concern to report, submit them as separate entries using the “+ Submit Another” control.
