Highland County Jail Commissary: Order Deadlines and Delivery Days You Need to Know

Highland County Jail uses Access for commissary. You'll order and track everything through their platform (sometimes listed as Access Securepak or AccessCatalog for package-style products).

To place an order through Access Securepak (AccessCatalog), create an account and make sure you're shopping under Ohio. Once you're set up, you can browse the product menu and start building an order for your loved one.

Deadlines-schedule

• ✓ Monday cutoff: your order must be received by 9:00 AM
• ✓ Wednesday cutoff: your order must be received by 9:00 AM

Here's how the schedule works. Orders received by the Monday 9:00 AM cutoff get delivered on Tuesday. Orders in by the Wednesday 9:00 AM cutoff arrive Thursday. If you're aiming for a specific delivery day, submit your order well before 9:00 AM - don't cut it close.

Once you've placed an order, track it through Access Securepak (AccessCatalog). You can look it up using either your confirmation number or the inmate number.

1. Find your confirmation number - use the number you received when you completed the order.
2. Or use the inmate number - if you don’t have the confirmation number handy, you can track using the inmate number instead.
3. Submit the search in the Access tracking tool - either option should pull up the order status.
