Highland County Jail Commissary: When and How to Order (Online or Kiosk)

Highland County Jail uses Access for commissary. Ordering from home? Head to the Access option on the jail's commissary page, then shop from the agency product menu for this facility.

Timing matters here. Orders must be in by 9:00 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays to make the next processing round.

Commissary items are delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you need to get essentials in quickly, plan your order around those delivery days.

To order online, go through Access Securepak. Create an account, use the locator to select your state and the Securepak program, then pull up the correct agency product menu and start shopping.

1. Create your Access Securepak account - this is what lets you place and manage orders.
2. Select your state - use the locator fields to choose the state first.
3. Choose the Securepak program - after you pick the state, select the Securepak program to get to the right ordering area.
4. Open the agency product menu and shop - once you’re in, view the agency’s product menu, add items, and place your order.

After placing an order, you can track it through Access Securepak using your confirmation number or the inmate number. Handy if you want to confirm it went through before the cutoff.

Prefer to handle commissary in person? Highland County Jail has a kiosk beside the jail door where you can purchase items instead of ordering online.
