Ordering Commissary for Someone at Highland County Jail: Deadlines, Delivery Days, and How to Order

Commissary at Highland County Jail is handled by Access. Snacks, hygiene items, other commissary goods: it all goes through Access. You have two ways to order. Online through Access is usually the quickest option if you're comfortable doing it from home. The other option is the kiosk located beside the jail door, which works well if you'd rather order in person or run into issues online.

The cutoff is strict: orders must be received by 9:00 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays. Anything submitted after 9:00 AM rolls into the next ordering window.

Orders placed by those Monday and Wednesday deadlines get delivered the following Tuesdays and Thursdays. So if your loved one needs items by a certain day, plan around that Tuesday/Thursday delivery schedule.
