Hill Correctional Center is part of the Illinois Department of Corrections. All IDOC facilities (except ATCs) use ICSolutions for video visitation. This means you'll register and schedule through ICSolutions, not by calling the prison directly.

  1. Go to the ICSolutions website and start your visitor account. This is where registration happens for IDOC video visits.

Restrictive housing visits count toward that weekly total too. You cannot book anything within the next 7 days, so look ahead and reserve your preferred dates early in the 30-day window.

Video visits at Hill Correctional Center are monitored live and recorded. If staff observe a rule violation or inappropriate conduct, the visit can be terminated immediately (with or without warning). Serious issues can result in suspended visiting privileges.
