What to Bring (and What Happens at Check-In) for Visits to Hill Correctional Center

Expect a COVID-19 symptom and temperature screening at the entrance. Build a little extra time into your arrival so you're not rushed.

Entry works like a security checkpoint. You, your vehicle, and anything you bring onto State property are subject to search. The easiest approach: bring only your ID and leave everything else in your car or a locker.

Staff enforce the dress code and can turn you away. Skip anything sexually explicit, offensive, or degrading. Shorts, skirts, and dresses must reach the knee. Undergarments are required, and female visitors must wear a bra.
