How to Contact an Inmate at Hilltop Unit, TX (TX)

TDCJ uses an online visitation scheduler, and you'll need your own account to use it. Staff can't create one for you, so set that up before trying to schedule anything. The system lists four visit types: Regular, Contact, Video/Tablet, and others. (Video/Tablet isn't the same as the Securus video program available at some units.) Not every type is available in every situation. What you can book depends on your relationship with the inmate, the unit's setup, and the inmate's current visitation privileges.
