What to Do When Your Visitor Relationship Request Is Stuck in 'Pending' at Hilltop Unit

If the Schedule Visit button is blank or shows "Call Unit," you need the inmate's unit involved. First, check whether your relationship is still listed under "Relation Requests Pending Approval." A pending request can't be used to schedule visits. If it's still pending, contact the unit to confirm they received the request and ask if anything is holding up verification.

- Ask when the approval should show up in the scheduler: Once it’s approved, it will no longer be in “Relation Requests Pending Approval,” so you’ll know what to watch for when you log back in.
