How to Request a Special Visit at ASPC La Palma: email process, documents to attach, and timeline

Send your special visit request to CAFCCVisitation@corecivic.com. This is the only inbox where requests get processed - emailing anywhere else will slow things down.

Submit your request at least one week before your proposed visit date. Give yourself extra time to gather scans and double-check attachments. Incomplete requests often don't get flagged until it's too late to fix them.

Once approved, bring the same ID you included with your request. The Lobby Officer will check it before letting you into the complex.

Tip: Email CAFCCVisitation@corecivic.com at least one week ahead. Include the detainee's name and number, your proposed date and time, and your reason for the visit. Attach clear scans of your ID (driver's license or passport) plus any supporting documents - proof of family relationship, medical records for serious health issues, or birth/death certificates. Keep copies of everything you send.
