1. Go to the ICSolutions website - From any internet-enabled device, open icsolutions.com.
2. Log in or create your account - If you already have an ICSolutions account, sign in. If not, create a new one.
3. Choose “Register for Visitation” - This is the registration step required before you can participate in any visitation session.
4. Enter the facility and inmate details - Add the facility name, then enter the incarcerated person’s information.
5. Add your relationship information - Complete the relationship details as prompted so your registration matches the facility’s visitor records.

1. Log in to your ICSolutions account - Start at icsolutions.com and sign in.
2. Start a new visit request - In your account, go to your Upcoming Visits area and click Schedule New Visit.
3. Enter the facility name - Select the correct facility so the system shows the right options.
4. Agree to the rules - Read the visitation rules shown on-screen and click Agree to continue.
5. Search for the incarcerated person - Enter their name or ID number.
6. Choose your visit location/type - Select the option you want: In-Person Contact, In-Person Non-Contact, or Offsite Video.
7. Pick a date - Choose your session date from the available days shown in ICSolutions.

ICSolutions offers three visit types: In-Person Contact, In-Person Non-Contact, and Offsite Video. Both in-person options take place at the facility and are free. Offsite Video works differently. It's a paid service, and your account gets charged when you book. If you're going the video route, make sure your account has funds loaded before you pick a time slot - otherwise you'll hit a wall mid-scheduling.

6. Offsite Video visits are fee-based, and the system charges your ICSolutions account at the time you schedule the visit - so it helps to get funding set up before you book a video session.
