Worried about your loved one's phone setup inside? This part is straightforward: their phone credits and approved contact list (PAN) will transfer automatically to ICSolutions during the switch.
Plan for a short gap: Expect a one- to two-day phone service interruption during the changeover while Securus funds and data transfer to ICSolutions.
Your Securus balance is a separate issue. Money sitting in a friends & family Securus Advance Connect account won't automatically transfer to ICSolutions.
