Securus Video Connect is a web-based system for scheduling and conducting video sessions with incarcerated individuals. You can join from anywhere with internet access - either through the free Securus app or using a computer or tablet.

  1. Go to securustech.net and sign up - create a Securus Online account.
  2. Upload your required verification images - submit a self image, a photo of your driver’s license, and a photo of your Bar license in the Securus system.
  3. Wait for approval - once your account is approved for attorney scheduling, you’ll be able to book video sessions for Lee Adjustment Center.

Note: Attorney approval requires three uploads: a self-image, your driver's license photo, and a photo of your Bar license. Make sure each image is clear and readable - blurry uploads can delay verification.

After you’re approved, log in to your Securus Online account and select “Schedule Session” to set up the attorney video visit.

Attorney video visits through Securus for Lee Adjustment Center cost $5 for up to a 25-minute session.

Privacy: Kentucky DOC states that attorney video visits through Securus are not monitored or recorded by staff.

Video visits are convenient when travel isn't practical, but in-person attorney visits may also be available. Procedures vary, so contact Lee Adjustment Center directly to confirm the current process before making plans.
