How to Fund an ICSolutions Account and Leave a $1 Voicemail at Licking County

Licking County Justice Center switched to ICSolutions for inmate phone service on November 1, 2018. Through this system, you can set up a prepaid account so your loved one can call you from inside the facility.

Funding Options

• ✓ Create your prepaid account online at www.ICSolutions.com (then add funds through your account).

• ✓ Create or fund your ICSolutions account by phone at 1-888-506-8407.

• ✓ Mail a cashier’s check or money order to: ICSolutions, Attention: Customer Service, 2200 Danbury St., San Antonio, TX 78217.

If you need to get a short message through, you can leave a voicemail for an inmate by phone. At Licking County, friends and family can leave a 30-second voicemail message for $1.00 by calling (740) 870-0707.

1. Make sure your prepaid account has funds - you’ll need an ICSolutions prepaid account with available money to pay the $1.00 voicemail.
2. Get the inmate’s ID number - have the ID# in front of you before you call.
3. Call the voicemail line and leave your message - dial (740) 870-0707 and follow the prompts to record your 30-second voicemail.
