How Phone Calls Work at Licking County Justice Center

Licking County Justice Center switched to ICSolutions for its inmate phone system on November 1, 2018. The system lets friends and family purchase prepaid phone services, so you can receive calls without relying solely on collect calling.

  1. Set up a Debit Telephone (prepaid) account online - Create the free account through the ICSolutions website.
  2. Create the account by phone - Call the ICSolutions toll-free number at 1-888-506-8407.
  3. Set it up by mail - Mail in a money order or cashier’s check to fund the account.
  4. Once the account exists, it isn’t limited to one person - anyone can add money to fund an inmate’s prepaid calling.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Debit cards
  • Western Union (online or by phone)
  • Money orders (mailed)
  • Cashier’s checks (mailed)

Can't catch a live call? You can leave a voicemail instead. The facility offers a 30-second voicemail option for $1.00 - call (740) 870-0707 to leave your message. You'll need a prepaid account with available funds and the inmate's ID number before you call.

People in custody can access telephones in all housing modules. If your loved one doesn't have funds available for prepaid calling, they can still place collect calls.

Note: The facility does not take messages for inmates, and staff will not relay messages using facility phones.

Having billing issues or trouble receiving calls? The Sheriff's Office lists Correctional Billing Services (Evercom Systems) as the billing contact - available 24/7 at 1-800-844-6591. The same page also mentions an online contact option under "securustech.net."

Heads up: The Justice Center's pages list different phone-service vendors - ICSolutions in one place, Evercom/Correctional Billing Services with a Securus contact reference in another. Before following any vendor-specific setup steps, confirm which company is currently handling your loved one's phone account.

You don't have to fund calls alone. The prepaid calling system lets anyone - friends or family - add money to an inmate's Debit Telephone Account so they can place prepaid calls.
