How to Schedule a Video Visit at Licking County Justice Center

Licking County Justice Center uses video visitation, and you'll need to register before your first visit. Registration is free, so you can get set up ahead of time without paying anything.

Only the primary visitor needs to register. Head to www.icsolutions.com to create your account. If others will join the visit, get the primary visitor registered first - that's what unlocks scheduling.

1. Go to www.icsolutions.com - this is the site the Licking County Justice Center uses for video visitation.
2. Create an account or sign in - use your existing login if you’ve used ICSolutions before.
3. Choose “Register for Visitation” - complete the registration for the primary visitor so you’re eligible to schedule sessions.
4. Confirm you’re registered before you try to book - registration is required to participate, so do this step first.

Plan ahead when booking: visits must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance. You can book up to two weeks out, which helps if you're trying to lock in a weekend slot or work around a busy schedule.
