Scheduling a Non-Contact Visit at Little Sandy: How and When to Request One
Non-contact visits at Little Sandy Correctional Complex work differently than regular visits. You'll need to plan ahead and schedule through the facility's written appointment process.
Non-contact visits at Little Sandy aren't something you can set up last-minute. These visits require a prior written appointment, and the appropriate Deputy Warden handles all scheduling.
The Deputy Warden schedules non-contact visits at LSCC. You can't just show up and request one at the door. Keep that approval process in mind and give the facility enough time to review your request and add it to the schedule.
Timing rule: Non-contact visits at LSCC must be scheduled by prior written appointment at least seven (7) days in advance.
If you're reaching out by email, send your request to LSCC.Visitation@ky.gov. Remember the seven-day lead time. Contact the facility early and confirm your request is routed correctly before making travel plans.
Plan your group size carefully. Non-contact visits allow only two adult visitors at a time. That's fewer than contact visits, which allow three adults. If you have a larger group, you may need to split up and visit on different days.
