How to Set Up and Schedule Securus Video Visits with an Inmate at Little Sandy
Video visits at Little Sandy Correctional Complex go through Securus. Once you're set up and approved, scheduling is straightforward. Just plan ahead.
Start by creating a Securus Online account. Head to securustech.net and click "sign up" to begin registration for video visits at Little Sandy Correctional Complex.
Keep your ID handy when you register. Little Sandy requires a valid, government-issued photo ID to set up your video visitation account. A driver's license, military ID, or passport all work.
You schedule video visits through Securus, not the facility itself. Once your account is approved, log in and select "Schedule Session" to book your video visit.
Timing rule: Little Sandy requires video visits to be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Video visits don't count against your in-person visiting allotment. They're tracked separately, so scheduling a video session won't reduce the number of face-to-face visits you're allowed.
All video visits at Little Sandy are recorded and subject to monitoring. Staff can review your session, so keep your conversation and behavior within the rules the entire time.
Breaking the video visiting rules, Kentucky DOC policies (CPP 16-1 and CPP 16-5), or Securus terms and conditions can get your visit cut short. Privileges can also be restricted for the visitor, the inmate, or both.
