1. Confirm you are approved to visit: All visitors have to be on the inmate’s approved visitation list.
2. Know what you’re asking for: Each inmate is allowed four visits per month, and every visit has to be scheduled and approved in advance.
3. Call the correct unit secretary: Use the housing unit quick reference above, then dial the main number and enter the extension for that unit.
4. Request an appointment and get it approved: Tell the unit secretary you’re scheduling a visit, and confirm the visit is scheduled and approved before you show up.

2. State that the visit must be scheduled and approved: Visits are not walk-in. Each inmate is allowed four visits per month, and visits must be scheduled and approved in advance.
3. Confirm you are an approved visitor: Include that you are on the inmate’s approved visitation list.
4. Ask for an appointment: Request the date and time you want, and ask for confirmation that the visit is scheduled and approved.
