New Mail Address for Grafton Inmates: What Changed in March 2024
If you mail letters or cards to someone at Grafton, the address you use matters. As of March 5, 2024, all personal mail goes through the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) Mail Processing Center (OMPC).
Effective March 5, 2024, all letters and cards from family and friends for people incarcerated at Grafton must be sent to the ODRC Mail Processing Center (OMPC), not directly to the facility.
Use this OMPC address for personal correspondence: Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction Mail Processing Center (OMPC) 884 Coitsville-Hubbard Road Youngstown, Ohio 44505
- ✓ Address the envelope to your loved one’s name, followed by their R number (example: John Doe R111111)
- ✓ Or use their A number after their name instead (example: John Doe A555555)
Send a letter to the old Grafton address? It will get forwarded to the processing center, but that extra step delays delivery. Update your address book now to avoid the wait.
Have questions about inmate correspondence or trying to track down missing mail? Email the ODRC Mail Processing Center at ODRCMailProcessingCenter@drc.ohio.gov.
You can also call the ODRC Mail Processing Center at 1-330-333-7372 for help with mail questions.
