How to Check If Someone Was Recently Booked into Lucas County Corrections

Lucas County Corrections Center publishes a booking summary PDF listing recent bookings. At the top, you'll see the date range the report covers (labeled "Offenders Booked Between" two dates) and a timestamp labeled "Report Dttm." These two pieces tell you whether you're looking at the right time window and how current the information is.

The "Offenders Booked Between" line shows the start and end dates covered by that PDF. Match it to the day you think the person was arrested. The "Report Dttm" tells you when the report was generated, which matters because custody status can change fast. If two PDFs cover similar periods, the one with the more recent "Report Dttm" gives you the fresher snapshot.

Each entry includes an "Arresting Agency" line showing which department made the arrest. This helps you identify the jurisdiction involved and who to contact if you need more details than the booking summary provides.

You'll also see "Arrest Dttm," the arrest date and time for that person. This is useful for cross-checking what you heard from family, court paperwork, or the arresting agency against what the jail's booking summary shows.

Look for "Current Status." This field shows the person's status for each booking, including a release date and time plus a status code when applicable. It's the line that most directly answers "Are they still in?" based on what the report showed when it was generated.

• ✓ Arrest Dttm: 01/24/2026 19:00, this is the arrest date and time shown on the entry.
• ✓ Current Status: Active, this indicates the entry is still active as of the report snapshot.
• ✓ Current Status: Released On 01/25/2026 00:45 IRR0139C, this shows a release date/time (and may include a status code).

When "Current Status" says "Released On" followed by a date and time, that person was released as of that timestamp. In practical terms, they were not in custody when the report was generated (at least not for that booking entry) because the record shows a release time.
