How to Get Notifications When Someone Is Released from a Kentucky Prison (VINE & Written Requests)

  2. Add your contact information - Include your name, current mailing address, and phone number.
  3. Include the offender’s identifying details - List the offender’s name and institutional number (if known).
  4. Mail it to Kentucky DOC Victim Services Branch in Frankfort - Your request has to be mailed to the Victim Services Branch.
