Plan ahead. Appointments must be scheduled one week in advance, so last-minute trips will not work.

- Plan your arrival around the entry window: You can enter no earlier than 8:30 a.m. and no later than 2:30 p.m.
- ✓ Arrive during the allowed entry window (no earlier than 8:30 a.m., no later than 2:30 p.m.)
- ✓ Bring proper picture identification if you are 18 or older
