How to Visit Facility

Visiting is straightforward once you know which pod your person is in. Here are the current visitation windows and a few things to confirm before you go.

How to Visit Facility

Visitation times depend on housing assignment. Pod A, Pod B, and post-dispositional males can receive visits Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Pod C and post-dispositional females have visits Thursday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Professional visitors (service providers, for example) can visit Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:40 pm. Bring photo identification for entry.

Note: Professional visitors should not come during the lunch/rest period (11:30 am to 12:30 pm) or during shift change (3:00 pm to 3:30 pm).

  • ✓ Check whether your loved one is in Pod A/Pod B/post-dispositional males (Tuesday 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Sunday 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm) or Pod C/post-dispositional females (Thursday 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Sunday 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm).
  • ✓ If you are visiting as a professional, plan your visit Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:40 pm.
  • ✓ For professional visits, avoid 11:30 am to 12:30 pm (lunch/rest) and 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm (shift change).
  • ✓ Bring photo identification if you are visiting as a professional.
