Before visiting MacDougall‑Walker C.I., you must be on the inmate's approved visiting list—your loved one starts the request, and the facility formally adds you before any visit can happen. Offenders on Quarantine Status can't have social visits until Health Services clears them. Visits also aren't held on certain state‑observed holidays. In‑person visits are currently limited to 30 minutes (until further notice) to allow disinfecting between sessions. A maximum of two visitors can attend, including children, and non‑contact visits are recorded. Arrive at least 15 minutes early, bring valid photo ID, and leave cell phones and electronics outside. If a contact visit is authorized, expect only a brief embrace and kiss at the start and end.
