Before picking an option, know the time limits. Each visit maxes out at 20 minutes. Weekly caps apply too: one 20-minute online visit and two 20-minute onsite visits per week. If you're trying to maximize your time together, those weekly limits matter as much as the price.

Visiting hours run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. When you call to schedule, you'll choose from these time windows.
Tip: Weekdays (especially earlier in the day) often give you more flexibility than weekend hours, so if you can, try to book a Monday–Friday slot first.
