Menard Correctional Center is the parent institution for the Menard Medium Security Unit. This can be confusing, but it matters for video visitation - the Medium Security Unit follows its own posted hours even though it's connected to Menard.
Menard's video visitation schedule isn't one-size-fits-all. The General Division and the Menard Medium Security Unit have different published hours, including different end times on certain days. Before you book or plan your day around a visit, check that you're looking at the hours for the correct unit.
