Was Your Loved One Released? How to Check the Last Two Weeks of MDC Releases

The release list is a recent-release snapshot - it shows Bernalillo County inmates released within the past two weeks. That window is useful when you're trying to confirm whether someone got out "sometime recently" without digging through older records. One thing to know: if the release happened more than two weeks ago, the person won't appear on this list.

The release list is straightforward and doesn’t include a lot of extra detail. The table shows four columns: Person ID, Last Name, First/Middle Name, and Release Date. When you’re scanning for someone, the Person ID can help you separate people with similar names, and the Release Date tells you exactly when the release was recorded on the list.

Expect a lot of results. The list is paginated - one example view shows "Showing 1 to 10 of 892 entries" - so you'll only see a small slice at a time. If you don't spot the name right away, keep clicking. It may simply be on a later page.

Don't see the person you're looking for? The most common reason is timing - this page only covers releases from the past two weeks. An older release won't show up here. It could also be a search issue: a misspelling, a hyphenated last name, or searching too narrowly can prevent a match. If you still can't confirm what happened, try checking other Bernalillo County custody resources (like the custody list) or any other official lookups you're using.
