Every video visit at Miami County Jail goes through ICSolutions Video Visitations - you'll schedule through their website or the free ICS Mobile app. From there, you have two options. Show up at the Miami County Incarceration Facility and use their on-site video stations for free. Or schedule an off-site visit from your own device and pay ICSolutions' fees.
Free on-site video visits happen at the Miami County Incarceration Facility, located at 2042 N CR 25A, Troy, Ohio. Hours run Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM - including holidays. But you can't just walk in. Visits are appointment-only, so schedule your time slot ahead.
Arrival tip: Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled on-site video visit. If you arrive late, your appointment time won’t be extended past the scheduled end time.

Need to cancel an off-site visit? Do it at least 24 hours before your scheduled time - otherwise you'll still be charged. Refund requests go through ICSolutions directly. The Miami County Sheriff's Office doesn't handle funding disputes or refund issues for off-site video visits.
