Once approved, you can schedule on-site or off-site video visits through ICSolutions. On-site video visitation at the Miami County Incarceration Facility is free but limited to one 30-minute visit per visitor per week. You can bring up to four visitors at a time (children count toward that limit). Plan to arrive about ten minutes before your scheduled start time. Off-site video visits may have fees - those rates are set by ICSolutions, not the Miami County Sheriff's Office. If you need to cancel an off-site visit, do it at least 24 hours ahead to avoid being charged.
