For detainee accounts at Moshannon Valley Processing Center, you can call Access Corrections, use its website, or mail a money order through the U.S. Postal Service. These facility instructions were updated August 6, 2026.

Do not give money directly to the detainee. Use one of the supported account-funding routes instead.

To place money on the detainee’s facility account remotely, call Access Corrections at 1-866-345-1884 or use www.accesscorrections.com.

You can also fund the account by mailing a money order to the facility through the U.S. Postal Service. Reference the detainee’s name on the money order and use the facility address below.

  1. Use a money order and reference the detainee’s name on it.
  2. Address it to Moshannon Valley Processing Center, 555 GEO Drive, Philipsburg, PA 16866.
  3. Send it through the U.S. Postal Service.

Do not send cash through the mail. When mailed funds are received, the funds are taken to the processing area for deposit into the detainee’s account, and the processing officer provides a receipt.
