How to Visit Facility

Leave these items outside: Purses, diaper bags, food, drinks, and cell phones are not allowed inside during visitation.

When you arrive, you’ll register at the lobby window. After you check in, the deputies on duty will direct you to the correct visitation area for the person you’re visiting.

Visitation is by appointment only. Show up without one and you'll be turned away. Lock in your appointment before making the trip.

You must be on the inmate's visitation list. Without that, staff won't allow the visit, even with an appointment.

Each visit allows up to two adult visitors. Here, anyone 17 or older counts as an adult.

Schedule reminder: Non-contact visitation times vary and can change. The times listed below are examples. Confirm the current schedule before you go.

How to Visit Facility

Steps to Follow

  • Leave purses, diaper bags, food, drinks, and cell phones outside
  • Keep your group to no more than two adult visitors per visit (17 years old or older counts as an adult)
  1. Schedule an appointment - Visits are by appointment only.
  2. Make sure you’re on the visitation list - You must be on the inmate’s visitation list before you can visit.
  3. Register at the lobby window - Once you check in, the deputies on duty will direct you to the right visitation area for the inmate you’re visiting.

Once you reach the visitation area, follow staff instructions and stick to your scheduled time. As an example: female inmates may have non-contact visits on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 1:30pm and 2:00pm. Male inmates may have multiple non-contact slots on those same days (including 8:30am through 10:30am, and 12:30pm through 1:00pm). Confirm the current schedule when you book your appointment.

What to Verify

  • Confirm the current visitation schedule before you go (the listed non-contact times are examples and may change)
  • Ask exactly how appointments are scheduled, since visitation is by appointment only
  • Verify you are on the inmate’s visitation list before you travel
  • Confirm the visitor limit for your visit (only two adult visitors per visit, and 17+ is considered an adult)
  • Double-check what must be left outside (purses, diaper bags, food, drinks, and cell phones)
  • Confirm where to register on arrival (registration happens at the lobby window, and deputies will direct you to the correct visitation area)
