Getting Approved to Visit Noble: Step-by-Step from Application to Your First Reservation

Noble won't let you schedule a visit until you're approved. The institution reviews your application first, then creates your account with GTL (ViaPath) for reservations. Try to book before approval? You'll hit a wall. Start with the application packet.

Wait to create your ViaPath registration until after ODRC approves your application. Signing up too early can actually delay your ViaPath approval - and that pushes back when you can reserve a visit.

Start with the four-page ODRC Visitation Application Packet. Complete and sign all four pages. Don't have a copy? Ask the incarcerated person to mail one to you, or download the Visitation Application Packet through ODRC resources.

Step2 Submit

• ✓ Submit the completed visitation application packet and a copy of your ID to the Noble facility.
• ✓ Send it by US mail, fax, or email.
• ✓ Do not send the application to ODRC’s central mail processing center.

After Noble receives your packet and ID copy, they'll process your application. Once it's done, the facility notifies the incarcerated person - they'll let you know the outcome.

Got your approval? Now register with ViaPath/GTL to make reservations. This is the sequence Noble expects: approval first, account second. Register too early and your ViaPath approval may get delayed.

1. Go to ohdoc.gtlvisitme.com - this is the reservation portal used for Noble visits.
2. Log in to your account - use the ViaPath/GTL login tied to your approved visitor status.
3. Follow the prompts to schedule - choose the available visit option(s) shown for Noble and confirm your reservation.

• ✓ Noble has two visiting sessions Wednesday through Sunday.
• ✓ Session times are 8:00 a.m.–11:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• ✓ Visitor processing starts about 15 minutes before each scheduled session, so plan to be there in time for that window.
