Starting March 5, 2024, all personal letters and cards for people at Noble Correctional go to the ODRC Mail Processing Center (OMPC) in Youngstown - not directly to the institution.

Note: The OMPC address matters. Personal mail now routes through centralized processing. Send it to an old address and it might get forwarded, but expect delays.

Address your envelope to the ODRC Mail Processing Center (OMPC) in Youngstown. On the first line, write the incarcerated person's full name and ODOC number so the mail gets matched correctly.

Tip: Always include the ODOC number. Name alone isn't enough - the OMPC uses both to route mail to the right person.

This change only applies to personal letters and cards. Legal mail and business correspondence still go directly to the facility.
