This payment covers tablet repair so your loved one can get a working tablet again. Here's the catch: only someone on the incarcerated person's approved visiting list can send the payment. If a friend or relative isn't already approved, don't have them mail it in - it won't be accepted.

How to Send Payment for a Damaged Tablet (ODRC procedure families can use for NCCI)

  • Cashier’s Check (U.S. dollars only)

The repair payment is $250.00, paid in full. Send the entire amount in U.S. dollars - don't try to split it into smaller payments.

Note: Use the ODRC tablet repair payment slip. Double-check that the incarcerated person's full name and ID number are correct on the form, then mail everything to the address listed on that form.

  1. Fill out the ODRC tablet repair payment slip - Use the incarcerated person’s full name and confirm their ID number is correct.
  2. Prepare the payment - Use only a Money Order or Cashier’s Check for $250.00 in U.S. dollars, made payable to “ViaPath Technologies.”
  3. Mail only what’s required - Include only the payment and the required deposit/payment form.
  4. Keep the envelope clean - Don’t include staples, paper clips, stamps, cash, letters, photos, or any other items.
