Attorney Video Visits at Northpoint: Cost, How to Sign Up, and What to Expect

Northpoint handles attorney video visits through Securus Video Connect, a web-based system. Schedule and join sessions from anywhere with internet access - use the free Securus app, a computer, or a tablet.

First, create a Securus Online account. You'll use it for verification, scheduling, and joining sessions with your Northpoint clients.

1. Go to the Securus website and click “Sign Up” - start your Securus Online account registration.
2. Complete your account setup - enter the information Securus requests to create your login.
3. Upload your required verification images - you’ll be required in the Securus system to submit a self-image, a photo of your driver’s license, and a photo of your Bar license.
4. Wait for approval before trying to schedule - once your account is approved, you’ll be able to log in and schedule attorney video visits for your Northpoint client.

Each session costs $5 and runs up to 25 minutes. If you have a lot to cover, plan your agenda ahead so you can use the full time.

Once approved, log in to your Securus Online account to schedule. Click "Schedule Session," pick an available time, and you're set. Join the appointment through the same system - app, computer, or tablet all work.
