Your visiting day depends on the incarcerated person's ID number. Thursday is for IDs ending in 7 or 8 (plus Mental Health). Friday covers IDs ending in 9 or 0. Saturday and Sunday are reserved for General Population and Juvenile Incarcerated Persons only.

Note: Weekend visits are by appointment only. Make sure you’re scheduled before you show up.

Visits run in two sessions: AM from 8:30am to 11:30am, and PM from 12:00pm to 3:15pm. Even if you're planning to visit later in a session, you still need to clear processing by the cutoff time.

  • ✓ For the AM session, you must be processed prior to 9:15am to be allowed in.
  • ✓ For the PM session, you must be processed by 1:00pm to be allowed in.

Tip: Processing only happens during specific windows - 8:00am–9:15am and 11:00am–1:00pm. Cutting it close means risking your visit entirely.

Weekends work differently. There's no reception visiting, and all weekend visits require an appointment. Saturday and Sunday are only for General Population and Juvenile Incarcerated Persons - confirm your loved one's status matches before making the trip.

  1. Pick the session you’re aiming for - AM visits run 8:30am–11:30am, and PM visits run 12:00pm–3:15pm.
  2. Arrive during the processing window - processing is done 8:00am–9:15am for the AM session and 11:00am–1:00pm for the PM session.
  3. Beat the cutoff, not the start time - you must be processed prior to 9:15am (AM) or by 1:00pm (PM). If you miss that window, you won’t be admitted for that session.

  • ✓ Include ID with your application: a legible copy of your photo ID must be provided with the visitor application.
