Can't find a way to reserve a slot? Back up and confirm the basics: reservations are only for approved visitors, and you must have a GTL VisitMe account. If you haven't created your account yet, do that first, then return to the scheduling screen.

If you can't reserve a slot, first check whether you're actually approved to visit. Approval comes before GTL VisitMe scheduling. If you're approved and your account is set up, try again in the portal and watch for the confirmation message. Confirmations are instant when a reservation succeeds. No confirmation? Treat it as not booked and try again.
