Visiting at Oshkosh Correctional Institution (OSCI) takes some planning, but the rules are straightforward. General-population inmates can have up to three in-person visits per week on designated days and hours. Only people on the inmate's approved visiting list can visit—if you're 16 or older, bring an acceptable photo ID for check-in. Groups are limited to three adults and six people total (children count toward that number), and kids must be accompanied by at least one adult. Don't show up too early: you can't enter the lobby until 10 minutes before your scheduled visit. Expect metal-detector screening. If you can't clear it after three attempts, you'll be turned away.
