How to Visit Ottawa County Detention Facility, OH (OH)

Ottawa County Detention Facility uses The Visitor™ video visitation system instead of traditional face-to-face visits. You can visit either onsite at the facility using kiosks or offsite through the video system on your own device.

You'll need to register before you can schedule a video visit. Registration is free, and you can sign up through icsolutions.com.

There's also been a major mail change. Effective May 27, 2024, Ottawa County Correctional Facilities no longer accept mail sent directly to the facility (other than legal processes). All mail now goes through ICSolutions for scanning.
