What You Can and Can't Mail to Someone at Parker County Jail
All mail at Parker County Jail gets screened - incoming and outgoing. Some things are automatic deal-breakers: anything containing drugs, tobacco, money, or sexually explicit material will be destroyed on arrival. Keep your letters and photos simple and clean to make sure they actually get through.

Don’t mail stamps, paper, or envelopes to someone at Parker County Jail. The jail says inmates can get those through commissary, and sending them can get your mail rejected when it’s screened.
Photos are allowed, but there are two firm limits. Inmates can have up to 24 photographs total. And those photos must come from a photo lab or store kiosk - no inkjet prints, nothing printed at home, and nothing printed from the internet.
Magazines and paperback books can be mailed in, but only if they come from an online provider or directly from the publisher. Parker County Jail also limits this to three items at a time, and anything over that limit will be discarded.
Clothing is allowed, but the rules are specific: up to three white items at a time, shipped by an online retailer. Acceptable items include white socks (up to 3 pairs), white underwear (briefs or boxers), white thermals top/bottom (not one-piece), and white t-shirts (no tank tops or pockets). Send more than three items at once, and the extras get discarded.
Tip: For photos, use a photo lab or in-store kiosk; for books, magazines, and clothing, use online retailers/publishers so the package meets the jail’s source rules and quantity limits.
