Ordering a Custom Care Package and Understanding Pasco's Weekly Deposit Limit
Pasco County now lets you build a custom Care Pack using items from the full commissary menu. Here's how ordering works, who to contact, what it costs, and the weekly deposit limit that affects how much support your loved one can receive.
Pasco County's old pre-set Care Packs are gone. Now, friends and family can build a customizable Care Pack using items from the full commissary menu. Orders are capped at $75, plus a $7.95 processing/shipping fee.
To place a Care Pack order for someone in Pasco County, you’ll use the MyCarePack ordering website.
Pasco County limits Care Packs to one package per inmate per week. If you’re coordinating with other family members, it helps to pick one person to place the order that week so you don’t accidentally double up.
For Care Pack orders or questions about an existing order, contact MyCarePack at 866-643-9557, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. If your question is about commissary specifically (not the Care Pack order itself), Pasco County directs those calls to Trinity Commissary at (813) 235-6053.
Adding money through JailATM? There's a weekly cap that catches families off guard: $300 per resident per calendar week (Sunday through Saturday). That limit applies to all deposits combined - even if multiple people are contributing. Coordinate with family members to avoid hitting the cap unexpectedly.
