How to Send Mail to Someone at Pasco County Jail (Use the ICS Digital Mail Center Address)
Send a letter to Pasco County Jail the regular way and it won't arrive. The facility uses a digital mail scanning service, so all personal mail must go to the ICS Digital Mail Center first—where it gets scanned and delivered electronically.
Pasco County Corrections partners with ICSolutions for mail processing. Your letter goes to the ICS Digital Mail Center, gets scanned, and shows up electronically - usually on a tablet or kiosk inside the facility. Address it directly to the jail? It'll likely be delayed or returned. The mail center address is the only way to go.
Address your envelope to the ICS Digital Mail Center. Include the person's full name and inmate ID so staff can match it correctly: Inmate Name – Inmate ID P.O. Box 17339 San Antonio, TX 78227
Your mail needs to fit through a scanner. Pages must be between 4 inches x 6 inches and 8.5 inches x 14 inches. Anything smaller or larger may not get processed.
Stick to paper only. Non-paper items aren’t accepted for scanning, and anything that can’t be scanned will be returned to the sender. If you’re thinking about adding something extra, ask yourself: “Can this run through a scanner cleanly?” If not, it’s likely coming back to you.
Writing Supplies
- ✓ Felt tip pens
- ✓ Markers
- ✓ Sharpies
- ✓ Wax- or oil-based writing mediums
Pictures and drawings can be included, but keep them on separate pages - don't put them on the back of written pages. This helps everything scan clearly and keeps your letter readable.
If you’re sending a photo through a digital upload option (such as through JailATM), the system enforces basic file requirements. Images must be BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, or TIFF, and the maximum file size is 5120 KB. If your file won’t upload, converting it to one of those formats or reducing the file size usually fixes the problem.
Want the original back after scanning? Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) with your mailing. Without one, assume the physical copy won't be returned.
