To leave a voicemail for an inmate at Pima County Jail, call the GTL Voicemail System at (520) 448-3426.

  1. Call the voicemail line at (520) 448-3426.
  2. Select your language when prompted.
  3. Enter the inmate’s name number using your phone keypad.
  4. Record your message at the beep and follow the prompts to finish.

Your voicemail can be up to two minutes long. If you have a lot to say, jot down a few notes before you call so you don't run out of time mid-message.

Each voicemail costs $2.00, deducted from the inmate's AdvancePay account. The charge is non-refundable, so double-check that you've entered the correct inmate name number before you hit record.

Note: Voicemail charges come out of the inmate's AdvancePay account. If your voicemail won't go through, check whether that account has enough funds to cover the $2.00 charge.

To fund the AdvancePay account, you'll need the inmate's 9-digit PIN. If the inmate's name number is shorter than nine digits, add leading zeros until it reaches nine digits.
