How to Schedule Your First Video Visit at Pima County Jail (PCADC)
Scheduling your first visit at the Pima County Adult Detention Complex is straightforward once you know where to book and when to show up. Here's what you need to know about your options and timing.
At Pima County Adult Detention Complex (PCADC), all visits are conducted by video. To get a visit on the calendar, you have two official scheduling options: book online at pimacountyaz.gtlvisitme.com, or use the kiosk machine located in the main entrance lobby.
If you run into trouble logging in or can't get a visit scheduled, call Visitor Support at 855-208-7349.
Create Account Needs
- ✓ A valid photo ID (you will need it at check-in)
- ✓ Access to a working email account, so you can complete account setup and receive confirmations
Your visitation account is how you schedule and manage video visits, whether you book online or at the lobby kiosk. Once you're set up, keep your login info handy. It helps if there's ever a problem at check-in.
- Choose how you want to schedule - Use the online scheduling site (pimacountyaz.gtlvisitme.com) or the kiosk machine in the main entrance lobby.
- Follow the prompts to select your visit - Pick the available visit time you want and complete the booking.
- Save your confirmation details - Keep the date and time you scheduled somewhere you can quickly find it.

For an on-site visit, plan to be early. Report to the Main Jail Front Desk at 1270 W. Silverlake Road, Tucson, AZ 85713 at least 15 minutes before your scheduled visitation time.
PCADC lists visitation hours two ways: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When choosing a slot, use the time window that matches the day you're trying to visit.
Once your visit is on the calendar, keeping it mostly comes down to following the rules during the session. Violations can get your visit canceled and your visitor account suspended for 30 days.
PCADC/VIAPATH staff can also bar a visitor from future visitation at their discretion. Keep in mind that your loved one has to be eligible for visits first, which means after their first court appearance and once they're assigned to a permanent housing unit. If visitation rules are violated, the inmate may face additional consequences as well.
