When Are Visiting Hours at Pinal County Jail? (And Why Friday Is Different)

Public visitation at Pinal County Adult Detention runs Saturday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Friday? No public visits - the jail closes to visitors that day. A few limits to keep in mind: each inmate gets two on-site visits per week, and each visit lasts 20 minutes. If multiple family members want to visit, coordinate ahead so you don't burn through both slots early in the week.

Even if you’re approved to visit, you still have to put the visit on the schedule. Pinal County Adult Detention requires approved visitors to schedule visits at least 24 hours in advance, so same-day visits aren’t an option.

Remote video visits give you a much wider window than on-site hours. Off-site video visitation is available seven days a week, 7:30 am to 8:30 pm - helpful if you're juggling work, school, or childcare. The tradeoff: remote visits cost $6 for 20 minutes. But the jail has also posted construction-related restrictions: on-site professional contact visits (and inmate property pickup) are currently limited to Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
