How to Schedule Your First In-Person Visit at Redgranite Correctional Institution

Before you can schedule, you'll need a Party ID. The person you're visiting has access to this - it's the unique code listed next to your name on their approved visiting list. You'll enter this Party ID when booking through ICSolutions.
- Go to the scheduling site - Use www.icsolutions.com to schedule an in-person (contact) visit at RGCI.
- Have the Party ID ready - Enter the Party ID the PIOC gave you (it’s the unique ID tied to the visitor’s name on the visiting list).
- Choose a date and time in the allowed window - Pick a slot that’s at least 48 hours away but no more than 14 days out.
- Make sure you’re approved and scheduled before you travel - You must be on the DOC-approved visitor schedule prior to arrival; if you’re not on the schedule, you won’t be allowed to visit.
Reminder: A reservation alone won't get you in. You must be on the DOC-approved visitor list, and RGCI won't allow visits for anyone who isn't scheduled before arrival.
Time your arrival carefully. The lobby doesn't open until 10 minutes before visiting hours start, so showing up extra early won't help. And don't cut it close - arrive more than 30 minutes past your scheduled start time and you won't be admitted.

When picking a slot on ICSolutions, here's how the time blocks break down: morning visits run 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (up to 2 hours), and afternoon visits run 2:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. (up to 3 hours). Keep the weekly limit in mind too. Each person in custody can have up to three in-person visits per week, with only one allowed on the weekend. The visit week runs Monday through Sunday.
