Combined Public Communication (CPC) runs the main resident services at River City Correctional Center: commissary, phones, tablets, and chirping. Because CPC handles these services, you'll use their approved deposit channels (not the facility directly). That means going through specific vendor sites or kiosks, not mailing cash or handing it to staff.
Important: River City does not accept money delivered in person or by mail. Use the CPC deposit options listed below.
To add commissary funds (the money residents use for store purchases), go to JailATM.com. This is the route for commissary deposits specifically.
Prefer to deposit in person? There's a brown lobby kiosk at 3220 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45225. It accepts cash or credit/debit cards for commissary funding.
Heads up: The brown commissary kiosk won't accept bills larger than $20. Leave the $50s and $100s at home.

Phone, chirping, and visitation deposits use a separate system from commissary. You can add these funds by calling (877) 998-5678 or depositing online through Inmatesales.com.
